Around the world weddings have redefined how couples celebrate love, and this spectacular event was the perfect example. When the Agarwal and Khandelwal families approached us in March, they came with a beautiful vision: to create a Around the World wedding that would take their guests on a cultural and emotional journey. With less than a month to bring this vision to life, our team got to work on crafting an experience where every function celebrated a different part of the globe — through decor, music, food, and immersive storytelling.

From concept to execution, every detail was hand-curated. Our mission was simple but ambitious: to design an Around the World Wedding. experience that blended tradition with innovation, and culture with celebration. What unfolded was a five-day spectacle filled with joy, unity, and unforgettable moments.

A Turkish Sundowner – Where the Journey Began

The wedding celebrations kicked off with a Turkish-themed sundowner, channeling the mystique of Istanbul and the charm of a Mediterranean market. Think mosaic lanterns, jewel-toned drapes, low seating lounges, brass elements, and flowing Turkish tea.Guests were welcomed with rosewater spritzers and walked through a bazaar-style setup complete with hookah lounges, baklava counters, and traditional music. This event set the tone for the Around the World Wedding, offering an exotic and laid-back start.

The Mexican Mehendi – A Fiesta of Colour & Rhythm

The next day was a riot of colour with the Mexican Mehendi. Papel picado flags, taco carts, marigold garlands, sombrero props, and live mariachi beats brought festive Mexican energy to Goa.Guests dressed in vibrant hues, sipped on margaritas, and enjoyed hand-painted backdrops and colourful photo corners. A joyful, high-energy Mehendi that truly celebrated the spirit of fiesta, friendship, and flavour.

Amalfi Coast Haldi – Citrus, Sunshine & Coastal Charm

Taking inspiration from the Italian coast, the Amalfi Haldi was styled with lemons, Mediterranean tiles, white linen drapes, and soft yellow florals. The setup was intimate yet stunning — designed to reflect the breezy sophistication of southern Italy.Limoncello shots, lemon-infused water bars, ceramic accents, and guests in pastel linens brought the vision to life. With laughter, music, and sunshine, it was a picture-perfect Haldi drenched in joy.

Las Vegas Sangeet – Lights, Glamour & High Stakes Energy

Next came the Las Vegas-style Sangeet, where everything was about glitz and drama. Neon lights, feathered showgirls, casino setups, and dramatic LED backdrops turned the venue into a slice of the Vegas Strip.There were dazzling performances, interactive photo booths, and show-stopping couple entries. Every corner buzzed with energy, as guests danced and celebrated in true Sin City style.

Barsana Wedding – Tradition, Devotion & Celebration

Drawing inspiration from the love story of Radha and Krishna, the Barsana-style wedding was a celebration of tradition and divine love. The venue was adorned with genda phool (marigolds), temple bells, folk musicians, and gulal-toned decor.Guests were part of the rituals in the most interactive way possible — from dhol entries to playful showers of petals, the event was full of life and devotion. The Barsana Wedding theme brought soul to the finale of this Around the World Wedding.

Nani Ka Ghar – The Heart of the Celebration

Amidst all the grandeur, the most touching moment came during the Nani Ka Ghar function — a nostalgic, personal tribute to family and tradition. Inspired by the bride's childhood memories, this Mayra ceremony recreated the simplicity of her grandmother’s home.From charpais and brass utensils to retro photo frames and traditional snacks, every element was lovingly detailed. The atmosphere was soft, emotional, and rooted. Elders reminisced, children played traditional games, and love flowed freely. It was a moment that brought generations together in a shared memory.

Personalised Touchpoints & A Seamless Experience

What truly made this around the world wedding special were the thoughtful touchpoints throughout the journey.Customised invitations, airport-style baggage tags, themed welcome notes, coordinated hampers, and even farewell letters — every detail reinforced the story. A handpicked team of stylists, designers, and performers helped transform each space and mood in alignment with its theme.Despite the tight timeline, our production and logistics teams worked around the clock to ensure every event flowed seamlessly.
